Core Health Therapy:
A safe space to heal, grow, and thrive.
What gets in your way of being who you want to be and having the life you want? Are you ready to find out? Together we can explore the barriers that keep you from your goals, wants, and needs. Often we have events from our past that negatively impacted our self-worth, and stories we continue to tell ourselves. I find it helpful to get curious about why these stories were created and to investigate their usefulness in our lives. What information can we mine from them, and which ones can we challenge? Perhaps there are new stories that serve you. We all deserve happiness, starting with ourselves. If you’re ready to do the work to find yours, please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. I look forward to speaking with you!

About Corrine Van Vliet
Corrine has a Master of Clinical Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago with a minor in Addiction Counseling. Corrine has worked with people in early recovery, guiding them through shame, self-acceptance, creating routines of self-care, and breaking old patterns that lead to old behaviors. Corrine's empathy and compassion offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment and safe space in which to open up and share your journey and subsequent emotional experiences.
Corrine has also worked as a TV writer, navigating the entertainment industry. Corrine works with people who are building and working to sustain a creative career that involves uncertainty, the ability to budget for indefinite times of hiatus between seasons or jobs, and the management of anxiety.
Corrine plays volleyball and used to coach, so she also understands the plight of an athlete, and the importance of staying active, having hobbies, and working as a team.
